My husband and I got married on August 24th, 2008 and it was incredible! The ceremony was held within the beautiful grounds, and the ballrooms were perfect. Angela, our event coordinator did a fantastic job, worked with us on everything and co-ordinated the perfect day! Everyone was so attentive, professional and having bi-lingual staff made our English/Brazilian wedding stress-free. We are still hearing about how wonderful the food was from our guests!!. Thank you Riverview for giving us incredible memories that will last a lifetime!!

Just a quick note to say THANK YOU for a wonderful "Breakfast by the River" the Riverview this morning. The food was delicious and the attendance was great and so many wonderful comments from our members and guests about the Riverview. As the parents of the Bride our goal was to make everything perfect for our daughters wedding. It happened! They had an absolutely perfect reception. Every detail was closely paid attention to, The banquet hall looked great, the food and service were excellent, and the evening schedule flowed perfectly. We could not have been happier.

I would like to thank Joanna and the entire staff at the Hudson Portuguese Club for helping us to have a very successful business meeting. We had an after hours meeting that was attended by most of our employees (97 people) and everyone commented on how nice the room was set up. The facility is beautiful and everyone was extremely willing to meet all of our needs.

We will certainly be contacting the Hudson Portuguese Club for our next meeting.

Recently our organization held its National Council Meeting to nominate and elect individuals to fill positions on our Board of Directors. This event was held at the Riverview at the Hudson Portuguese Club. The setting provided by the Riverview for formal and semi-formal gatherings is exquisite yet user-friendly. The décor is elegant yet simple. The management for the function hall, the caterer and the entertainment were well coordinated and responsive to any last minute changes we had. The personnel were professional and guided us in planning the event and even reminded us of items untouched. They took care of most of the details for our banquet while we took care of other matters. Even the catering company indicated the kitchen is one of the best they have ever used. Management throughout the event was on top of our agenda and attentive to the flow of the evening’s activities.

Our event came off as a big success and that’s because of the setting and service provided at the Riverview. We hold various conventions on the East and West Coasts and have much experience dealing with hotels, function halls and event coordinators. This is one of the best locations we have dealt with for this type of event.

That being said, I highly recommend the Riverview for both social and business events.
